No one in Gan Eden knowns why Faekin manifest unconscious nor why they do so within the polluted ruins outside of Xtasis. But when they do, it requires an immediate response. Because while traversing the ruins can be treacherous to even seasoned Zinnia operatives, newly manifested Faekin are highly vulnerable to the toxicity of Arcblight. Oftentimes, Faekin do not survive the materialization. Embyr Sparks was lucky to be found in time.

These days, Embyr lives their life as Gan Eden's idol CODE: DAHLIA. From sparking rebellion with their voice, to dodging the Xtasis Police Department, to running their thrift shop Second Chance, Embyr is guided by a strong urge to find where they belong. After all, one of the few things Faekin are sure of when they come into the world is to seek out their true purpose. Fortunately, Del, another Faekin found by Gan Eden (and Embyr's Mentor) was there to help.

When Embyr first joined Gan Eden they tried many roles across its divisions spanning Poppy, Tagetes, Lavandula, and more. Yet none of them were the right fit. Seeing Embyr discouraged, Del introduced them to a pilot division called Asteraceae. This division was designed to combat Ziton Corp. through special, often musical broadcasts. Asteraceae is also key to Operation Kindling Sparks, an effort to expand Gan Eden's influence beyond Xtasis' neglected Outer Rim towards the central Lattice Precinct. It was through this operation that Embyr found their purpose, to sing for the ordinary people of Xtasis as CODE: DAHLIA.
