INFORMATION
1) Pre-Building
During the research and development phase, we will lay the foundation for Variance Project. From establishing legal frameworks to creating our talent management infrastructure, every step contributes to building a solid VTuber agency. Our focus is on experimentation and learning through trial and error, embracing mistakes as valuable opportunities for growth.
2) Auditions
The Audition Phase marks the beginning of our exciting journey to recruit talented VTubers. During this stage, we will meticulously select individuals who align with our company’s vision and values. For us, it’s more than just an audition; it’s a step-by-step exploration of virtual talents, and we’re excited to discover the next big sensation!
3) Group Building
During the Group Building Phase, our focus will be on crafting and preparing a group launch campaign. This will include strategic marketing and thorough preparation. We will also develop our VTubers from the ground up, finding out which faction would be their correct fit, designing their characters, creating themed music, and much more.
4) Group Release
We’re at the finish line, the Group Release Phase! We will be launching a huge event centered around our VTubers. From showcasing which factions they belong to, character showcases, character themes, story video’s, their story introduction and more!
